Orders

You CAN cancel your order if you do so BEFORE it has been collected by the shipping carrier. We do try and get our orders out quick, so we ask you let us know straight away.

Unfortunately, once orders have been shipped they can’t be cancelled. We do offer free returns however, so get in touch with one of our customer support staff and we can arrange a refund.  

To track your order, visit our Track Your Order Page here. Our deliveries are fulfilled by Amazon, so you should receive a tracking email from them too.

Get in touch with one of our customer service members! If your item has not shipped yet, we will be happy to amend it for you. If it has already shipped, we can organize a return.

Gee, that doesn’t sound like us! In the case you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us straight away and we’ll organize the correct item to be sent.

Yes! We have offices globally, so we offer worldwide shipping.

USA and CA residents will receive Express shipping! The rest of the world will vary – however these orders are fulfilled by Amazon should be no longer than 5-10 business days. Some delays in transit due to third-parties may be out of our control, and we’ll endeavour to let you know ASAP if that is the case.

We have warehouses around the globe, so it will depend on where you’re located. USA residents should expect delivery from our Seattle office, and the rest of the world is fulfilled by Amazon.

Returns

We offer any-reason returns for 28 days from purchase. Terms and conditions apply, read the full version here.

1. Get in touch with our Customer Service team via email here, or livechat.
2. Once we hear from you, we'll send you the delivery instructions and address to return your item. 
3.Once we receive your item, we'll make sure its not damaged, process your refund and notify you straight away. This can take up to 14 days in peak periods, but we'll keep you in the loop! 
4. Your return is complete. (woo-hoo.) 

All items are included on the return policy, excluding GIFTCARD and PERSONALISED SWIMWEAR for hygiene purposes.

Unfortunately, any items that are returned NOT in original condition
Or swimwear returned with hygiene sticker removed will not be eligible for a refund.

If you would like a return and are located in the United States, we will send you a pre-paid postage label so you don’t have to pay the return shipping cost. For the rest of the world - some charges may vary based on your location and custom costs that are out of our control. Contact us directly and we can find out the costs for you prior to purchase. 

A refund will be issued in the same form of payment that you originally used. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds, depending on your provider for the refunded amount to be visible in your account.

Payment/Promotion

Online orders can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Oh no! This should not be the case – please check the code hasn’t expired/the promo hasn’t ended. If not, it might be a technical error so please get in touch straight away and we will make this right for you – and get you your discount!
